沼氣直接燃燒或沼氣發(fā)電之前一般都經(jīng)過沼氣脫硫工藝的處理。目前沼氣脫硫工藝包括干法脫硫、濕法脫硫和生物脫硫三種。他們分別有什么特點呢？哪一種脫硫工藝更擁有發(fā)展前景呢？
Biogas desulfurization process is usually used before direct combustion of biogas or biogas power generation. At present, biogas desulfurization technology includes dry desulfurization, wet desulfurization and biological desulfurization. What are their characteristics? 1.干法脫硫的特點：結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用方便。工作過程中無需人員值守，定期換料，一用一備，交替運行。脫硫率新原料時較高，后期有所降低。需要定期換料。運行費用偏高。
1. Dry desulfurization features: simple structure, easy to use. In the process of work, there is no need for personnel to be on duty, periodically changing materials, one with equipment, alternating operation. The desulfurization rate of the new raw material is higher, but it decreases later. Regular replacement is required. The operation cost is on the high side.
2.濕法脫硫的特點：設(shè)備可長期不停的運行，連續(xù)進(jìn)行脫硫。用PH值來保持脫硫效率，運行費用低。工藝復(fù)雜需要專人值守。設(shè)備需保養(yǎng)。
2. The characteristics of wet desulfurization: the equipment can be operated continuously for a long time. The PH value is used to maintain the desulfurization efficiency and the operation cost is low. Complex technology requires special personnel on duty. Equipment needs to be maintained.
而生物脫硫技術(shù)包括生物過濾法、生物吸附法和生物滴濾法，三種系統(tǒng)均屬開放系統(tǒng)，其微生物種群隨環(huán)境改變而變化。在生物脫硫過程中，氧化態(tài)的含硫污染物必須先經(jīng)生物還原作用生成硫化物或H2S然后再經(jīng)生物氧化過程生成單質(zhì)硫，才能去除。在大多數(shù)生物反應(yīng)器中，微生物種類以細(xì)菌為主，真菌為次，極少有酵母菌。生物脫硫不需催化劑和氧化劑；只產(chǎn)生很少的生物污染，低能耗，回收硫，效率高，無臭味。
Biodesulfurization technology includes biofiltration, biosorption and trickling filtration. The three systems are open systems, and their microbial populations vary with the environment. In the process of biological desulfurization, oxidized sulfur-containing pollutants must be biodeoxidized to form sulfides or H2S and then bio-oxidized to form elemental sulfur in order to remove them. In most bioreactors, bacteria are the main microbial species, fungi are the second, and yeasts are rare. Biological desulfurization does not need catalysts and oxidants; it produces little biological pollution, low energy consumption, recovery of sulfur, high efficiency and odorless.
但是由于過程不易控制，條件要求極其苛刻，目前國內(nèi)生物脫硫技術(shù)還未形成一定規(guī)模的工業(yè)應(yīng)用。
However, because the process is not easy to control and the conditions are extremely demanding, the domestic biological desulfurization technology has not yet formed a certain scale of industrial application.
