DO是影響生物脫硫效果的一個(gè)重要因素。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)在不同的硫化物負(fù)荷下，反應(yīng)器內(nèi)都存在一個(gè)DO值。此時(shí)，反應(yīng)器對(duì)硫化物的去除率比較高（90％以上），絕大部分S2－轉(zhuǎn)化為S0，基本不生成SO42－。因此，認(rèn)為DO值與硫化物負(fù)荷有關(guān)，二者成線性關(guān)系。
DO is an important factor affecting the effect of biological desulfurization. It was found that there was a DO value in the reactor under different sulfide loads. At this time, the sulfide removal rate of the reactor is relatively high (more than 90%), most of the S2 - is converted to S0, and no SO42 - is produced. Therefore, it is considered that the DO value is related to the sulfide load, and there is a linear relationship between the DO value and the sulfide load.

pH值影響著無(wú)色硫細(xì)菌的活性及廢水中硫化物的存在狀態(tài)。無(wú)色硫細(xì)菌適應(yīng)的pH值范圍較廣，但大多數(shù)細(xì)菌適宜的pH范圍為6～8。pH值確實(shí)與反應(yīng)器的硫化物去除負(fù)荷呈直線關(guān)系。
PH value affects the activity of colorless sulfur bacteria and the existence of sulfide in wastewater. Colorless sulfur bacteria can adapt to a wide range of pH values, but most bacteria can adapt to a range of 6-8. The pH value does have a linear relationship with the sulfide removal load of the reactor.
（3） 反應(yīng)器及填料的影響
(3) Effect of reactor and packing
Buisman等用3種反應(yīng)器：完全混合反應(yīng)器（CSTR）、旋轉(zhuǎn)反應(yīng)器及上流式反應(yīng)器，研究無(wú)色硫細(xì)菌脫硫的適用性。在硫化物出水濃度低于2mg/L的條件下，3種反應(yīng)器的去除率分別是：2.4、10、11kg/m3·d，3種反應(yīng)器所需的停留時(shí)間分別為：35、10、13min。
Buisman et al. studied the applicability of colorless sulfur bacteria desulfurization by using three kinds of reactors: complete mixing reactor (CSTR), rotating reactor and upflow reactor. Under the condition that the sulfide effluent concentration is less than 2 mg/L, the removal rates of the three reactors are 2.4, 10, 11 kg/m3.d, and the residence time of the three reactors are 35, 10 and 13 minutes, respectively.
（4）硫化物的負(fù)荷對(duì)生物脫硫過(guò)程效果的影響

能否在高硫化物負(fù)荷下保持較好的脫硫效果，是衡量脫硫反應(yīng)器的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。硫化物容積負(fù)荷越高，微生物脫硫反應(yīng)器越能保持良好的運(yùn)行效果，且不易發(fā)生出水中SO42-濃度升高的現(xiàn)象，運(yùn)行條件易于控制，運(yùn)行效果較為穩(wěn)定。
Whether the desulfurization effect can be maintained under high sulfide load is an important index to measure the desulfurization reactor. The higher the sulfide volume load, the better the microbial desulfurization reactor can maintain good operation effect, and it is not easy to increase SO42 - concentration in effluent. The operation conditions are easy to control and the operation effect is more stable.
