　　沼氣發(fā)酵微生物是人工生產沼氣的重要因素。沼氣微生物數(shù)量眾多，可以獲得各種微生物的基本生長條件，因此沼氣發(fā)酵原料可以在微生物的作用下轉化為沼氣。大型沼氣工程的啟動和調試是指沼氣池中厭氧活性污泥的過程從接種物和原料開始，經過馴化和培養(yǎng)，逐漸增加沼氣池中厭氧活性污泥的數(shù)量和活性，直至沼氣池運行達到要求的過程。

　　Biogas fermentation microorganism is an important factor in the artificial production of biogas. There are a large number of biogas microorganisms, which can obtain the basic growth conditions of various microorganisms. Therefore, biogas fermentation raw materials can be transformed into biogas under the action of microorganisms. 　　關于大型沼氣工程的啟動調試應在工程竣工驗收合格后進行，同時還應做好下列的運行管理的基本要求：

　　The start-up and commissioning of large-scale biogas project shall be carried out after the project is completed and accepted. Meanwhile, the following basic requirements for operation and management shall be well done:

　　1、運行管理人員要熟悉大型沼氣工程工藝、設施設備的運行要求和技術指標；

　　1. The operation and management personnel must be familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of large-scale biogas engineering process, facilities and equipment;

　　2、操作人員要熟悉該位置設施設備的操作要求和技術指標，并了解沼氣工程工藝流程；

　　2. Operators must be familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of the facilities and equipment at the location, and understand the process flow of biogas engineering;

　　3、操作人員應準時準確填寫操作記錄，運營管理人員應定期檢查原始記錄；

　　4、運行管理人員和操作人員應按照工藝和管理規(guī)定檢查結構、設備、電器和儀表的操作。

　　大型沼氣工程管理要點：

　　Management points of large-scale biogas project:

　　1、投料量和周期應按工藝設計參數(shù)進行，并在實踐中摸索出參數(shù)；

　　1. The feeding quantity and cycle should be carried out according to the process design parameters, and the excellent parameters can be found out in practice;

　　2、維持相對穩(wěn)定的厭氧消化溫度；

　　2. Maintain relatively stable anaerobic digestion temperature;

　　3、厭氧消化器的攪拌根據工藝要求進行。采用沼氣攪拌的，在啟動期間或產氣量不足時，應輔以機械或泵等其它方式攪拌；

　　3. The mixing of anaerobic digester is carried out according to the process requirements. If biogas is used for mixing, machinery or pump should be supplemented during start-up or when gas production is insufficient;

　　4、厭氧消化器的攪拌不得與排泥同時進行；

　　4. The mixing of anaerobic digester should not be carried out simultaneously with sludge discharge;

　　5、宜每日監(jiān)測：pH值、揮發(fā)酸、總堿度、溫度、氣壓、產氣量和沼氣成分等指標，掌握厭氧消化池運行工況，并根據監(jiān)測數(shù)據及時調整大型沼氣工程運行方案或采取相應措施。

　　5. Daily monitoring: pH value, volatile acid, total alkalinity, temperature, air pressure, biogas composition and other indicators should be monitored daily to master the operation conditions of anaerobic digestion tank, and timely adjust the operation scheme of large-scale biogas project or take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data.
