脫硫脫硝技術分為SCR脫硝和SNCR脫硝兩種

SCR脫硝即選擇性催化復原技術,是指在催化劑的作用和在氧氣存在條件下,NH3優(yōu)先和NOx發(fā)作復原脫除反響,生成氮氣和水。
SCR denitration, namely selective catalytic reduction technology, refers to the reduction and removal reaction of NH3 with NOx preferentially under the action of catalyst and the presence of oxygen to generate nitrogen and water.
SCR脫硝的反響中心是脫硝催化劑,SCR催化壽命約為3-5年,2014年我國燃煤電廠開端大范圍啟用SCR催化劑達成脫硝目的,隨著SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)在全國范圍內火電和非電范疇催化劑運用量的遞增,從今年往后的1-2年,我國將有大量脫硝催化劑面臨報廢。預測以為,到2025年脫硝催化劑廢棄量將到達40.01萬立方米,年報廢量到達20萬噸。

隨著新固廢法的實行,迫切請求開展脫硝催化劑再生技術,將來脫硝催化劑再生將愈加向資源化的方向轉變,從傳統(tǒng)的資源開采、生成、運用、報廢的線性工藝,逐漸轉變?yōu)樾麓呋瘎┫M、再生、回收的循環(huán)工藝,完成原料再應用。另外,脫硝技術也將更多的應用大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等技術完成智能化脫硝,愈加精準地對過程完成管控,以至可以開發(fā)除塵、脫硫、脫硝等一體技術。
