原料準(zhǔn)備。首先，將原料沼氣送入水分離器以去除游離水和雜質(zhì)，然后進入脫硫塔脫除硫化氫。這一步驟是必要的，因為硫化氫的存在會影響后續(xù)的提純過程。
Preparation of raw materials. Firstly, feed the raw biogas into the water separator to remove free water and impurities, and then enter the desulfurization tower to remove hydrogen sulfide. This step is necessary because the presence of hydrogen sulfide can affect the subsequent purification process.

After desulfurization, the biogas is buffered by the desorption gas recovery tank and the buffer tank in front of the compressor before entering the biogas compressor for compression. Absorption. The compressed biogas enters the absorption tower, where it undergoes a physical and chemical absorption reaction with carbon dioxide using an organic amine solution, thereby removing most of the carbon dioxide. This step can effectively reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide in biogas.
脫水。經(jīng)過吸收塔處理后的沼氣進入脫水裝置，將水露點降至-65℃，以確保最終產(chǎn)品的干燥度。
Dehydration. After being treated by the absorption tower, the biogas enters the dehydration unit, reducing the water dew point to -65 ℃ to ensure the dryness of the final product.
最終處理和提純。脫水后的沼氣進入天然氣壓縮機進行最后壓縮，然后進入加氣柱給槽車加氣，完成提純過程。
Final processing and purification. The dehydrated biogas enters the natural gas compressor for final compression, and then enters the gas column to add gas to the tank truck, completing the purification process.
